Office Visits
Office visits are scheduled by appointment only. Due to the nature of our schedules, we are typically unable to accept walk-ins. We do accept crisis calls from established patients, and will do our best to fit you in to see your provider. Each provider has their own protocol for handling after-hours needs, and a messaging service is available. Please call to schedule your appointment in advance.
Emergencies
If you are in a crisis situation or medical emergency that cannot wait for a return call from NAPA, or you are uncertain, please go to your nearest Emergency Department (ER), or call 911. Another option is to contact Crisis Services of North Alabama at either 1-800-691-8426 or 256-716-1000, available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. To speak to an expert regarding incidental ingestions, you may also call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
